Your Right to Return
We accept returns on all products — defective or non-defective — within 30 days of the delivery date. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How to Request a Return
Email us at info@notoysallowed.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Decks that have been skated cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we will cover all costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return your original order for a refund and place a new order if you require a different item.
